Midge A. Morton is a founding and co-managing partner of the firm and a highly regarded lawyer in Charlestown. Her practice encompasses family law, corporate and commercial law, international trusts and estate administration, resort development, and hospitality operations. She represents domestic and international clients in complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
Her notable work includes advising a developer on a multimillion-dollar project and serving as lead counsel in a compulsory land acquisition claim that resulted in an award exceeding US$30 million against the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis. In April 2026, she appeared before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and was instrumental in securing victory for her client in a longstanding matter which was a feature on the courts’ roster for decades.
Midge is also an established commentator on offshore financial services, wealth management, and legal strategy. Her publications include Nevis: A Global Wealth Manager’s Paradise.

Midge earned an LL.B. with Honors from the University of the West Indies in 2004 and a Legal Education Certificate from Norman Manley Law School in 2006. She is admitted to practise in Saint Christopher and Nevis and Anguilla. Before co-founding the firm, she worked as an associate attorney at two leading firms in the Federation between the period 2006 to 2009 (Myrna R. Walwyn & Associates) and 2010 to 2014 (Daniel, Brantley & Associates).
